1. Purpose of the platform

Agentiz allows you to:

Agentiz is only a listings platform and does not take part in transactions between users. We are not responsible for the consequences of your interactions with other participants.

2. Code of conduct

Users are expected to:

  • use real data in their profile;
  • protect the confidentiality of their account.

Each user is fully responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and legality of the information they publish.

3. Listing requirements

To maintain trust and high-quality content, all listings must:

  • contain only accurate and up-to-date information;
  • not duplicate already published listings, including those posted through other accounts;
  • include photos and descriptions that reflect the actual property;
  • have a clearly written title and description, without content that is not directly related to the advertised property;
  • include authentic photographs of the property or floor plans.

Prohibited from publication:

  • photographs containing additional text (price, contact details, technical or other information);
  • images designed as banners or flyers;
  • logos;
  • photographs depicting people;
  • any images not directly related to the real estate property.

Listings that do not meet these requirements may be moderated or removed without prior notice.

In case of repeated violations, the user's account may be temporarily suspended or permanently banned without the possibility of reactivation.

4. Prohibited actions

To keep the platform safe and fair, it is forbidden to:

  • post false, misleading, or outdated information;
  • publish content that infringes third-party rights;
  • use software (bots, scripts, etc.) for mass posting without our officially provided automation tools;
  • bypass site security systems;
  • create multiple accounts or post duplicate listings;
  • publish illegal, fraudulent, or discriminatory content.

5. Transaction safety

For your protection, we recommend that you:

  1. inspect properties in person;
  2. avoid pre-payment until meeting and signing a contract;
  3. carefully verify documents and the owner’s contact details;
  4. contact support if you have any doubts.

6. Moderation

We review listings and accounts to maintain order and quality. Content that violates the rules may be blocked or removed, and accounts may be restricted or deactivated.

To minimize risk, consider involving specialists for:

8. Paid services
