Basic conditions

The feed with ads must be placed in the form of a URL link on the Import page in the Personal Cabinet section.

Each ad must be about one property.

To add new information to your ad, you must update the existing ad, but not delete or duplicate it. The updated declaration must have the same internal-id.

There should be no HTML code in the ad texts and in the description of the characteristics of objects.

The feed should only contain ads from one user.

The specified contact information will be relevant for all ads at the same time. In practice, this means that the contact information from the last ad will always be up to date for all other ads.

The feed must contain ads from the same country. If the ads are related to several countries, you should create several feeds and place each feed on the Import page in your Personal Account in the corresponding country domain.

Data transfer format

The file encoding is UTF-8.

The feed must conform to the Extensible Markup Language (XML) standards. It is not allowed to use the first 32 ASCII characters in text fields (exceptions - tabulation, line feed, carriage return).

The following characters must be encoded in the text:

* If the single quotation mark ' is part of a word (for example, like an apostrophe in Ukrainian), and does not separate it into two words (like in English), then we strongly recommend replacing it with the typographic apostrophe ’. This will be correct in terms of grammar and will provide more accurate processing of geographical names.

Document title

The file must start with a standard XML header at the zero character of the first line.

Root element

The root feed item <root/> must contain the following items:

• date-generated — date and time when the feed was created
• contacts — contact information
• ad — information for each of the ads (repeating element)

Date format (date-generated)

• YYYY — year (full)
• MM — month (with leading zeros)
• DD — day (with leading zero)
• HH — hours (with leading zero)
• mm — minutes (with leading zeros)
• ss — seconds (with a leading zero)
• +00:00 — specifying the time zone (for example, at the moment, taking into account daylight saving time for the time zone Europe/Kiev, this value will be +03:00)

Defining values and ad identification

The ad element contains all the information on the ad. Elements deal_type, property_type, external_id are required. The dwelling element is required only for daily rentals (instead of property_type). In addition, each type of transaction and property has its own mandatory elements. See section Dictionary of elements for this information.

Geodata

The location is mandatory. The presence of errors or the absence of coordinates can affect the search results.

All data should be specified in language - Українська мова (uk).

If within the specified area_1 or area_2 there are settlements of the same name, then in the element locality, after the name, specify the type (city, town, village, etc.)

In the element street, the name is written first, and then the type (street, avenue, etc.)

The elements lat and lng are optional, but desirable because their presence is very important.

Dates

Elements creation and updated are required.

Dates must be real, not automatically generated. If no changes were made to the announcement, you should not change the date for the sake of visibility of the update. If there was no change, but the update date has changed, this will only slow down the processing speed of ads from the feed, and the ad will not have a higher position in search results.
